Q: What's included in the Fun Zone party package?

A: Our party packages includes access to the indoor Mesibah hall, outdoor giant inflatable Fun Zone and shaded lounging area.  We provide 4 round tables, 40 adult chairs, 3 buffet tables, 2 kids tables, and 20 kids chairs, staff on-site. Setup and cleanup are handled by our staff for a seamless party experience.

Q: Can I add more time to my party slot?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, you can extend your booking, subject to availability and management approval. Additional time is available in the morning and evening slots. Fees are $150 for 30 minutes or $300 for an hour. Contact us in advance to reserve.

Q: Will there be staff on-site to assist during my party?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, our staff will be avaiable to help throughout your party. In order to ensure smooth operations and guest safety, we require an additional attendant for parties with 80+ guests. The fee for this is $200.

A: Yes, guests can bring their own food and drinks. We ask that you please remove all food and party items at the end to maintain cleanliness. This policy ensures a pleasant experience and allows flexibility with refreshments.

Q: Are outside vendors allowed? Are there any specific requirements or restrictions we should be aware of?

Accepted Answer

A: Vendors must complete prep and set up within the 30 minute window prior to party start time and clean up/ remove supplies within the 30 minute window after the party is over.

Q: What are the safety requirements for guests using the outdoor inflatable area at Perfect Party Fun Zone?

A: All guests must sign a liability waiver upon entry. A staff member will verify completion before allowing access to the outdoor area to ensure a secure environment.

Q: Which size tablecloths should I bring?

A: Our indoor room is set up as a food/seating area with the following:4 round (60 inch) tables + 40 chairs for seating3 rectangle (6 ft.) buffet tables for food set up2 (6 ft.) kids' tables + 20 kids chairs*Kids tables and chairs are recommended for guests up to age 5. Please let us know at booking if you would like these set up for your party. *We recommend bringing 108 inch round tablecloths for the round tables and standard rectangle tablecloths for the rest of the tables.

Q: Can I extend my playtime at Perfect Party Fun Zone if my party slot ends but we want to continue playing?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, you can extend your playtime if you have the last time slot of the day. An additional fee applies. Notify staff in advance to secure your extended playtime.

A: Yes, you can host a water party at Perfect Party Fun Zone. We offer the option to add pools for water fun. This service is available for an additional fee of $350. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability and to discuss any specific requirements for your event.

A: At Perfect Party Fun Zone, guests will enjoy a thrilling 30-foot slide, two mini slides for younger kids, a dynamic obstacle course, basketball hoop and rock climbing. These features ensure an active and entertaining experience for all ages.

A: Yes, Perfect Party Fun Zone provides mini slides and foam pads to ensure a safe and enjoyable play area for small children, reflecting our commitment to a fun and secure environment for all guests. If you will have older children playing on the inflatable at your event, we suggest adding on our toddler soft play option to give the littles a safe enclosed space to play.
